At Nexz Connect, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority! Should you happen to receive a defective product, rest assured that we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. We’re dedicated to exceeding your expectations and ensuring your absolute satisfaction with every product you receive from us.

Custom Nexz Card Refunds

We stand by our Custom Nexz Cards and offer full refunds for cancellations requested within 1-2 days after purchase, provided your custom or non-custom order has not yet been completed. Regrettably, any cancellation requests received after this timeframe will not qualify for a refund.

Faulty Product Resolution

In the unfortunate event that your product is deemed faulty due to a chip malfunction that falls beyond the scope of repair by Nexz Connect, rest assured that we will replace it at no extra charge. Please note, however, that if the faulty card has been altered by any third-party NFC apps, locked, or erased, we cannot assume responsibility for user-induced errors.

Late or Missing Items

Should your product not arrive within 30 days, kindly contact us at contact@nexz.me. We’re here to assist and ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. If any Nexz product goes missing or is lost within or after the warranty period, we offer a replacement at a discounted rate of 15%.

Reprint Policy

In the event that you receive a printed product that doesn’t meet your expectations, please notify us via email and provide images of the product to contact@nexz.me. Share what aspects you find unsatisfactory, so we can advise and make necessary adjustments.

For any production errors or if you receive a product that deviates from the submitted artwork on our website or approved proof, Nexz Connect will initiate a reprint at no extra charge to you. However, it’s important to note that we cannot accept responsibility for customer errors, the inability to visualize the final product, or inexperience, as warnings* are sent out with all artwork proofs.

Smart Product Warranty

Any Nexz smart product, whether custom or non-custom, is covered by our warranty for a duration of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty encompasses the NFC chip and printing, addressing scenarios outlined in previous sections.

Return Procedures

On occasion, you may be requested to return a product. Please follow this process only when instructed by Nexz Connect.

Our Shipping Policy

From the moment you place your order to production and packaging, Nexz Connect is responsible for your order’s journey. Once we hand over your order to the shipping carrier, our responsibility concludes.

Please note that in cases of items damaged during shipping, the resolution lies with the shipping carrier, and you should address the matter with them directly.

Track Your Shipment

As Nexz custom crafts each product based on individual orders, tracking numbers for shipments become available only once production is completed within the specified timeline for the product. You’ll receive notification via email or SMS from our courier partner if applicable, allowing you to track your order.
